Step 1. Wet hair, squeeze out excess water, and apply a small amount of shampoo to the 5 key areas of the scalp.

Step 2. Add water and emulsify, gently massaging with fingertips to loosen impurities. Rinse thoroughly.

Step 3. Shampoo a second time to produce a more generous lather and cleanse the lengths to the ends. Rinse again.
