Due to the nature of hair products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened Products
A return may be accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:
• The product is unopened
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product is in perfect condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
